This is a very good old Fanti doll with great form and, in particular, great expression.  

 

While these dolls can, at times, be static the present example is a wonderful accumulation of lines with a tubular body being topped by an arched headdress and carved with triangular breasts.   A discrete beaded belt completes the feminin look just so.
